I changed the subject file languageru-RUru-RU.com_virtuemart.ini.

I do not understand but form the screen it looks like codding of Your ru-RU.com_virtuemart.ini file may be wrong. Try change it to utf-8. If this will not work send me an access to joomla panel and ftp.
