Need to add to cart twice?

On m site (www.zl1addons.com) I've noticed that you need to add an item to the cart twice before it actually shows up. Any ideas on that?

Hi

I've just tried and product shown in cart on first try. It may be connected with some cache settings in browser/joomla/server, so I would recommend to disable all and try if it makes a difference.
