Can sub-categories be hidden?

Hi Guys
Please can you let me know if there is a way to hide the sub categories so they do not display. When selecting the main catagory, e.g 'Vintage' it displays all sub categories relating to Vintage, e.g Candlesticks, Ceramics, etc. (see attached categories1). How do I get it just to display all the product items relating to the all the categories?

Of course I would still like the user to be able to use the main menu to select their particular category and to to display only those products in that category e.g. 'Ceramics' (see img. Category2)

Hi

I think You should ask this question to VM support. I believe it should be in configuration, but I'm not VM expert, sorry.
