Problem with layout in Internet Explorer

Hi,
I have a problem with layout in Internet Explorer (IE) 8, 9, 10, 11.... with my website http://www.nativee.com
In Firefox, Chrome, I have no problem.
But with Internet Explorer : the sidebar, top 1, top 2... are under the "bottom" position !

Can can I solve that problem please ?

Hi

IE8 has been closed long time ago and is not being developed anymore. It does not support some of the newest css/html features, so it may not be reliable. Please update Your browser to one of the newer versions since this one is not save to use.
