Woocommerce widget stopped working

Hi guys,
The Categories Product Woocommerce widget is not working, it only shows the page not found. I tried to save my permalinks again, but still not working.
Any ideas how to fix it?

Please check the default theme, like TwentyThirteen and let me know if it works properly.

I can not do that, if I activate a default theme the widget dissapears, so I can't try if it's working or not.
I try to put a name to the categories permanent link in the setting options and it works, but now the single products links started to fail.
I paste a part of the system status from the void template part, it says that some parts of the theme are not updated from the core version of WooCommerce and this could make the frontpage not working properly. This could be the problem? I have to say that I get this message before, and the site was working fine, but since I update WooCommerce to the latest version, the problem begins.

Generally, you shouldn't lose your widgets configuration when you are switching themes, but ok, first of all, if you have this message about template files, you should update Instyle theme to the latest version.
