'Orders List' not doing anything

Hi

On the theme near the 'My account' link, there is an 'Orders List' link.

Is this supposed to do anything or is it just a dummy link for visual purposes? Mine isn;t doing anything and I have noticed on your Live demo, it isn't doing anything either.
