Hi,
In my website when users register, an activation email sent to their email and they should enable their user via that email,
But the problem is before opening that email and activating account,
but before activating when they try to login, they can't login but there is no any message shown,
i have try it in joomla with another template from gavick and when i want to login into website i see an error said "you should activate your account and then try to login" but if there is any error in my website they won't appear anywhere!
I don't know if this is a problem caused by our template or something wrong with our plugins or modules.
if you need access to our administrator you should provide me your ip address to unblock it from our firewall and i will give you username and password.
Cheers.

Hello,

First of all please check if you have a following fragment in the layouts/default.php file:

Code: Select all
<?php if(count($app->getMessageQueue())) : ?>
      <jdoc:include type="message" />
      <?php endif; ?>

In this case please send me an URL to your website - I will analyze it live - the administrator access is not necessary.

It seems that you are using a custom login module - in this case you should consult your issue with the author of that module.
