I found the file to change the logo - but I don't know how to change the logo size?

I want to put a larger logo in the original logo area

right now - it cuts off my new logo

You have maintenance mode enabled, so I can't see your website.

Did you use Template Options -> Theme branding?

you can switch to image logo and upload new image.
