showing two sidebars on inner pages

On the demo, the category pages, there are 2 sidebars (http://www.gavick.com/demo/wordpress/game/?cat=204). What are the settings to show two sidebars on inner pages?

The left column is a sidebar, the right column is an inset area. You may add widgets to these areas and that's all. Don't forget to add widget rules to specify on which pages your widgets should be visible:
