Header image replacement

Hi,

Starting to get the header image right through the header 1 module (and the svg file - /templates/gk_mo/images/header_1_img.svg

Just wanting to know how to increase the dimensions of this image, so that the person is a bit bigger and that the picture is more centralised in the header.

(Also, why does it show an elongated image when using Firefox (Explorer and Chrome are all good)
