3rd party login module won't appear in login position

I am trying to use a 3rd party login module that gives me additional information such as city and country data.

When I config the module and try to place it in the login position in the template it does not show up. The only way I can make it appear is to set the module to top_banner. The problem is the login module does not appear on the phone therefore people can not login to the site on their mobile devices.

Please can you help as 50% of my traffic is mobile :(

grayed one's are special positions registered only to template use. You can change one of them to standard module by modifying template files. Please check this documentation:
