Eliminate vote and google items from left side of articles

This is one of many issues. But I'll start simple. How can the vote/rank and google + (other google links) be disabled on the left side of articles? I've tried disabling them in the template section and while it specifically gives you that option for facebook, twitter and google, choosing to disable does nothing. Zero. No change.

Hello,

Most probably you are using a K2 component - the Social API settings are connected with the standard com_content component. So please go to the K2 settings and there please disable these features.
