Hi,

I have added a new position to apply custom menu for the main menu alternative. I am trying to replicate thomsonreuters.com main menu.

When you guys click on product and services a full width sub menu shows up then when you select on the sub menu sub sub menu shows up at the right side of the menu full width.

I have tried any menu and even tried bootstrap custom menu css nothing help. Any sparking support can you guys light up to make me move forward.

thanks

Sadly, this is a customisation that we don't support. If you would have at least part of it working I could take a look, but designing it from beginning is something different.

Hi,

I have replicated 80% using custom html and css using "custom HTML" module but customer is looking for having a dynamic menu module then this static code version.

Is there any menu module work close to this appearance where I can tweak a bit of css to get the result.

Its up to you to find one. We don't support 3rd party extensions here.
But I think that with a good knowledge on html and css you could change the look of default template menu. I would suggest to search for a fronted developer to do this custom job.

I'm sorry to disappoint you, but you must know that most of our users seek only for their own answers and doesn't check other people threads. So to be honest - we can wait for weeks and we can have no answer - this way it would be much faster if you would do as I suggested.
Also you must remember that our templates has menu system builded in so replacing it with other menu system might require some small template changes (like adding new module position).

Hi,

its noting disappoint its just rude for customers to get straight from a mod to be straight.(I think you miss took as disappoint its basically rude will be best word)

Back in days this forum was so community based now its just mod based support system i feel, I was living in old terms my bad.

Any way the work is done. Just to be friendly to other customers who wont treated good :?P

1) add your own custom Position
2) Got myself a mega menu (which as module placement feature in drop down)
3) Used Gavick tab system to achieve the effort.

Now I am stuck with how to remove those mobile menu icon shows up in template when viewing in mobile device. How to remove it. is it fair to ask this question here ?

any help

Ps - rude or not, you must understand that we can't spend endless hours doing customisations for our clients. We support small graphical changes like colour or alignment but anything beyond that requires to make a redesign is not supported by mods / template developers. When you asked I was sure your question was not to other users but to modes / developers so I have asked according to current reality not to leave you with empty thread for a long time.
I'm glad you could solve it out by yourself and even shared the idea on how to do it.
Now just the url and I will help you remove the menus. The only question is - only visual (hiding in css) or you would like to modify template php files and remove it for good?
