1. I have tried many times to fix this myself but I had no success

I have big problems with SEO because of this meta error

2. When i share the article on google plus or linkedin the picture is not in the description and it shows only a weird link but in facebook works perfectly

I think You should use some 3rd party plugin for Open Graph. I've never see a site with values like "custom description for seo" it must be overwritten from somewhere. Try to override it Yourself with a new plugin.
