Probably your Facebook script is duplicated and that's why the icon disappear. Do you have any 3rd party facebook extensions installed? Could you show me your website?

Did you modify any template files? I see some error from gk.script.js file which is cut and for sure your file is different that the original one. Could you revert this changes?
