Where are the Bottom4 and 5 positions

Where are the Bottom4 and 5 positions?

There are in the default.php, but not in the TemplateDetail.xml

Want to integrate a new module position over the complete width below the mainmenu and want to copy this positions

The Weather module on our demo is published on bottom5 position » News 2 Demo

Position is also visible on positions list » screenshot

Please jus type bottom4 or bottom5 in position field in your module because maybe there is no content there so you can't see it on the list.
