New Modul Position outside the mainpage frame

Want to create a module position outside the content area on the right side. MOdule position integrate is easy, have integrate a top Banner position, but need now a banner on the right side vor advertisment.

I can create position with fix pixel position, but the theme is responsive and that´s a problem. How can move the banner position on the right border, and how it is didn´t move if the screen solution is different?

How I can solve this?

I'm afraid this will require a lot of changes to template's code. I think easier would be to add it with fixed position and hide when it starts to overlap the site and than maybe show this banner in some module position for tablet or mobile only.
