Meta description instead of Intro text

Hi

We're working with the news2 template and using the List view (near the bottom of the front page of the template, the boxes with 'Sport' 'Politics' etc), which show small intro headlines from the articles themselves.

We're importing Joomla articles from another site, where we used meta descriptions instead of this intro text, and would like to use this instead. is this possible?

I'm sorry but NSP GK5 module used in this places doesn't support display from the meta tags as a content.
