Hi, I am using Joomla 3, K2 2.6.9 and News 2 template. After I installed your template I liked the way my comments look, but I have one small issue - when registered user that is not loged in tries to post a comment, he reseives massage: "The e-mail belongs to registered user" - but there is no suggestion to log in or anything else.
I don`t know if this has something to do with News 2 template, but I would use some advice. In fact I don`t need registered users - only subscribers to email newsletter. If I stop registering, would this be fixed? How do you think?

Hi,
some facts
1) Any template don't keeps e-mails or users
2) You can try to comment using default Joomla template to check if this is issue of K2 overridden, but I doubt
3) Newsletter collects e-mails but is not connected with K2 - or you have special version??
4) It seems like K2 problem, so please check on their support forum

Hi, thanks. I forbid K2 registrations so probably it is not K2 problem. I am using separate e-mail newsletter from mailchimp. I will try to forbid registering at all cause I don`t need it. And will write if the problem is solved.
