Fatal error: Class 'K2HelperUtilities' not found/WSOD

My site (http://www.womeninmedicinemagazine.com/) is now showing a blank white screen on both the frontend and admin area (White Screen of Death).

Having switched on maximum error reporting I now see the following error:
Fatal error: Class 'K2HelperUtilities' not found in /home/dali0207/public_html/administrator/components/com_k2/helpers/html.php on line 56

I cannot think of anything I did to create this issue in terms of installing new components, plugins and so on.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Probably some of your files might be damaged. Please try to reupload Joomla and all the other files, or simply restore your backup to a point where all was working fine.
