Hi
I'm afraid template changes to fit the width of device. That's what responsive template means. In some templates we have a feature to enable/disable this options.
If this doesn't have it You may try remove files like mobile.css, small.desktop.css, small.tablet.css but I'm afraid more of the actions may be needed and it's out of our support to change functionality of our products.
