Hi
Just installed the quickstart version of News2, the admin dashboard seems to be working fine but site returns a blank page (nothing in logs). Have swapped the Theme to 'Twenty Fourteen' which seems to work.
url: dev.counterfire.org

Any ideas?

Hello,

Could you send me a PM with backend and FTP access to your website? then I'll be able to check it exactly.

I just encountered the same issue. I just trashed the theme. Any ideas ? I'd like to use this theme. Can you post the solution here ?

Yes, I have installed the latest version of News2 Quickstart

I just sent you a PM
The error I'm having is:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected 'endif' (T_ENDIF) in /public_html/news2/wp-content/themes/News2/layouts/responsive_css.php on line 127

Trying to install quick start template zip file
The ERROR is

Unpacking the package...

Installing the theme...

The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css

Hi @ethanhunt, you are trying to install the quickstart package on existing wordpress installation, it's not possible because the quicsktart is the latest version of WP, our theme, content and configuration included, please check this tutorial:
http://www.gavick.com/documentation/wor ... tallation/
and this article:
http://www.gavick.com/documentation/wor ... t-package/

$ragots I'll check your installation and let you know.

Regarding the problem with the error in responsive_css.php file, you're right, there was wrong condition in some cases, please replace News2/layouts/responsive_css.php file with the attachment. (It will be also fixed in the next theme update).

@ragots, thanks for the backend and FTP access, because on my installations I couldn't see this issue.
