Sign up button at the bottom : not in language file

I cannot find where to translate this SIGN UP button
It does not seem to be in the news2 language file.
Is it hard coded ?

This button comes from MailPoet newsletter plugin, please go to MailPoet -> Settins -> Forms -> News2 Form and here you can edit this button.
