changes do not affect in any way. what am i doing wrong.

Did you enable this override option from News2 -> Template Options -> Advanced tab?

yes. But now i see......it takes a while for the changes will effect.

Other question. How to create my own overall theme color? in news2 you supply 6 colorschemes but they do not meet my expectations. how to have my own theme color?

thanks. now i got a hell of a problem with the "flickering" of my screen/theme when hovering over the posts in a page
