Which widget logic under which page to ad area?

Hi there, I have a forum using bbpress located here: http://www.jamjosandbox.com/mag/forum/ and I was wondering if I only wanted to show the Recent Topics widget on the forum and topics and replies page (basically only the forum), how do I use the widget logic to do this. Is it Post Type or Taxonomy or which one would it be. Any help would be great.
