News 2 - Wordpress 4.1.7

Is there any way to get a quickstart for NEWS 2 in Wordpress 4.1.7. This version and below are the only versions that will support a BBPress import and we have a large one. Any help would be appreciated! Have been a loyal Gavick customer since you guys started out many years ago and love your stuff.

Hello,
The current version of the News2 quickstart is 4.3 and unfortunately it's not possible to provide older version.
You have to know that in version 4.1.7 there are a lot of vulnerabilities found (including XSS possible attacks), so it's really a good idea to keep your wordpress up to date.

Did you even read the request? It's to import a BBPress site on a test server and when complete update to the current version! Please refund my money!

Do you want the refund because we provide quickstarts with latest WordPress version only?
Regarding the refund, please send a new ticket to our "Billing and Account" department and describe the issue.

You can also use only theme files (instead of the quickstart) on your 4.1.7 (or other) WordPress version and configure your theme manually.
