I have added NSP GVK5 to a new Web site at http://goo.gl/8gY4aQ and one person has told me there's a huge empty space at the top of the front page.. I have attached her screenshot.

NSP is in left 2/3rds of the front page. This is how it looks on my Mac.

I'm wondering what anyone else sees http://goo.gl/8gY4aQ and if so, what's wrong here.
Thanks.

I'm using NSP GK5 ver 1.6.1 running on J2.5.24. The server I'm on is stuck at PHP 5.2.17, long since dead...Or I'd move to a later NSP. Any ideas???

Hi

I'm looking at Your site, but none of the browsers is showing this error from user screen. I think it could be because of a connection problem or some extra plugin used by this user browser.

Two friends sent me screenshots that show the NewsShowPro modules missing. Just the module titles showing. I have two NSP modules on the front page, Top Stories above and Recent Blog Posts below. Both friends who reported the problem are using IE11, using Windows 7. I'm on a Mac and have not moved my Windows past XP and IE8 yet.

What version of IE are you using to look at the site. Seems like people with IE 11 on Windows 7 cannot see the News Show Pro module, except for the module title. YOU can see it fine???

Hi

I have only IE9. In this case I need to ask someone else to check this issue. I see no code which can cause a cross browser issues. Will let You know when I'll know something new.

Hi

I'm sorry, but programmers has confirmed it's looking ok, so it has to be because of some specific browser or system configuration or extra plugins. If You will have an access to computer where this problem is visible I can take a look via Skype Screen Share and try to look for the problem there.
