Hi

Yes I just saw a message from You.

That was a strange issue, because according to the error message function getImageHTML was not there. I found this function where it always hav been in /tmpl/view.php

A fix was to simply upload NSP one more time over the one installed. If You have any changes to the module's code than I think this changes were causing the problem.

I tested again and it doesn't work ... I already tried to reinstall the module several times. and I get the same error ...

I did not made any custom modifications. I tried "enabling" both modules (one beginig with _mod and the other one mod_news_pro_gk5 4).

Any ideas?

Hi

I did not checked the module backend since the access to joomla panel You've send me was not working. Please send me correct joomla panel access so I'll be able to work on that.

In order to make the website work I ommited line 56 in this file ... It seems something related to module images. But i need images to work ... Now i Just created a temporany solution.

PLEASE OMMIT THIS LINE IF YOU don't find a solution because this site is live ...

This type of comuunication is not effective. Is possible to talk / chat via skype and find a solution??

Hi

Sorry for delay. Had some technical problems with an access to wifi.

Unfortunatelly I have not found a cause of Your problem and I've also could not found other users reporting same problem. NSP is not working on Your site only apparently. Anyway I send Your access to our programmers. Maybe they will have more luck.

Hi

Programmers fixed the problem, but they agree it's happening only on Your server. Please do not update module, because this fix will not be applied to installation packages.

Hi

Problem was with inheriting methods from higher classes. Programmers thing that upgrading PHP to a higher version should help with this problem in the future.
