After spending a couple hours trying to isolate the issue, I noticed all my existing News Show Pro GK5 modules are no longer updating with any new K2 articles posted.
Additional test by creating a module choosing "All K2 items" and no 'new' articles appear in the module.

Okay, after doing some more digging, it appears this issue is related to the "Time Offset"
Playing around with it I was able to get some of the new articles to show (+12.)
Does a Moderator have an older version I can roll back to for testing?
Been using News Pro Show for over 5 years and never had this problem before.

That's because it's not an NSP problem. It happens when server time and database times are different. We have added Time Offset option so the gap between this settings can be reduce to fix it.
