Weird Problem with K2

The articles from a specific K2 category that I have linked from the homepage using News_Show_Pro_GK5 show no content when clicked. The menu item "Roster" shows the same K2 category but no content. I've tried a few things with no solution or idea what the error is. I need help.

or click any article link under "Our Roster"

I'm not sure when this issue popped up but the site administrator did update Joomla to 3.5.1. I verified all files are up to date.

Articles in the "News" category work as expected.

Nevermind! I wanted to turn off the social sharing buttons and when I did, it started working. Still weird.
