Logo not showing correctly

After quite a while debugging, the site logo setted in template config doesn't reflect correctly in frontend!!
Where did i set in backend?
Features->LogoTypes ->
Type => Image
Logo Image => Filled in correctly

Code debugging;
when i add
$logo_image = $this->API->get('logo_image', '');
var_dump($logo_image);exit;
in file layouts/blocks/logo.php

it prints empty string!!!

Please inform clearly where else do i need to set the logo ???

I figured it out. By hacking joomla core.

Well, that is not the greatest idea, but if it works... Just remember when you update joomla/template - your changes will be overridden.
