Update Quantity In Cart Bug

Hi, in shopping cart view, when i try changing the quantity box and hit the update quantity in cart refresh icon, the page jumps down below to the E-mail Field in the add/edit billing address section and it doesn't actually refresh/recalculate the dollar total in the table above. This is happening for me in both the gavick online demo and in my own installation.

Could you give me your site URL ? It is always easier to check CSS/HTML code on live site.

Also, as mentioned, the same issue happens on the front end of your demo site.

Could you tell me which version of template and VM do you use? I'll check this in latest quickstart package but need to make sure that we have the same VirtueMart version.

virtuemart version is 2.6.4
template version is v.3.11.2vm

Hi bkrztuk, I have the same problem.
I have Joomla 2.5.19 and Virtuemart 2.0.26d and now upgraded to JM 2.5.22 and VM 2.6.6.

The same problem before upgrade and now.

Did you upgrade the template also or just VirtueMart and Joomla? Please note that every single VM update is related with template version.

I upgraded just VM and Joomla. Now I go to update template. I let you know.

I upgraded template, from 3.11.1 to 3.11.2VM, but there is the same error.

I do have the same problem though in my case there is no action. Quantity doesn't change and there is no action on the page at all.

Is there a solution yet.

I did overwrite the files but It doesn't work. Still no action when you hit the update/quantity batton.

Did you clean cache etc.? To preview the changes?

Yeap.. I ve done those too. but nothing.. no action add all. When you head the updated button nothing happened

The problem is on tag form, that is completly empty, the button it is not inside:

Ok, I correct it by move tag form
templates\gk_storebox\html\com_virtuemart\cart\default_pricelist.php
to
templates\gk_storebox\html\com_virtuemart\cart\default.php

And quantity in product detail failed too, say Nan when try to change the number, and saly alert with ! symbol. Please solve or say me the upgrade or fix method for solve thanks

eSport latest version you will find here » Joomla 2.5 Templates from Gavick.com

Please note that this template is older than 24 months (much older) that's why it even don't get update to latest VM which may cause the problem - you use incompatible VM version.
