I have installed the quickstart but there are a message that I don’t understand

Strict Standards: Declaration of JParameter::loadSetupFile() should be compatible with JRegistry::loadSetupFile() in /htdocs/public/www/libraries/joomla/html/parameter.php on line 512

hello guys,
i am having the same issue unfortunately, and will greatly appreciate it if someone can help resolve it as soon as possible 'cus it's delaying me from setting up the site am presently working on.
