Can't delete Shipment / Payment demo methods

Hello,

I installed the storefront template with sample data. I'm using virtuemart.

Now I'm testing the order process and I've noticed some demo shipping and payment text in email for shoppers and also vendors.
Please see attached images.

I cheched my database tables:
xxxxx_virtuemart_shipmentmethods_en_gb ---> is totaly empty
yyyyy_virtuemart_shipmentmethods_sl_si -----> shipment defined by me

The same is for payment tables in DB.

Could you show me the view of shipment and payment methods from back-end? This methods have to be defined there if you see them on front-end.
