Window Function

Hi there,

LV's site uses the Storefront template, at least in Australia. I am wondering if when you click on the "Delivery Information" button on the right column, is this part of the template ability or is it something that they have customised?

If it is something I can do easily from the template, or its something they customised, how do I achieve this to make something like this pop up and over the page it is on? Because I want to create a "Where to Buy" button and have a window pop up with a small menu like that.

I'm not quite sure if this is storefront template - perhaps they use some strange technique serving different site to different world destinations?
