Hi,
I need to display the sub-menus on the black gkHeaderNav
because the customer needs to see every sub-categories, without using the mouse
is that possible ?
we have 5 parent categories with 5 sub-categories each
see attached what is actually needed
thanks !

The menus are there, but you would need to apply different styling for them.
Sadly this kind of customisation is beyond our support.

Hi Cyberek
maybe you misunderstand, under-menus appear only at rollover (classic mode), that's correct
we want them always displayed as on the screenshot, without rollover.
I don't need special styling customization
I think it could be just a css function like "display: always;" at the right place in the css file ?
tell me

Could you please post an url to your site - to a sample page where the change should be made?

Hi,
for the moment I can't because I don't use public DNS (I didn't choose a domain name and use a temporary one configurated with Mac Terminal)
the very moment I set a valid domain name, I will give the url and access

Hi
here's the temporary url
http://www.cgigraphicdemo.fr/expo2
It would be necessary to have sub-menus displayed by default.

I posted another ticket due to problem with Virtuemart with the product small description which is not displayed with Storefront
(displayed with other templates)
Maybe you can see what's going on ?
Thanks

What you have on your site is completely different if it goes to menu items (while they are hovered) from what you have created in the screenshot. In this case. What's more over - standard dropdown menu elements overlap each other so making them all visible will not bring you anything good - sorry but this kind of customisation is beyond of our technical support.

Hi
the screenshot I posted is what is needed, not what I have done on my site with Storefront.
I thought it was possible to display always the sub-menus and use top-margins to place everything at the top of the black background.
Bad luck.

Can you see my problem with Virtuemart short-description which is not displayed on the product pages with Storefront (while it is displayed in Storefront demo) ? This is really urgent, I opened another ticket few days ago and have no answer. Our customer wants the website to be online really quickly.
I don't find the fix by myself.
Thanks

Currently we don't support template makeovers as our technical support. But any frontend developer will help you with that.

With the second part - could you please post a link to this thread?

First and general rule of this support forum - don't bump your question (don't repeat again and again in the same thread). We use here a queue system that allows us to manage the questions. Whenever you bump your question, it goes down in the queue and you have to wait longer.
