Hi ! it's me again from France

on Joomla 2.5.25 / storefront quick start
I can't install french language translation in language manager / install
I have this response :
Copy failed
JInstaller: :Install: Failed to copy file /var/www/vhosts/artisanet.info/httpdocs/metamorphose/tmp/install_544a57e95a2c6/install_544a57e963735/site_fr-FR/index.html to /var/www/vhosts/artisanet.info/httpdocs/metamorphose/language/fr-FR/index.html
Package Install: There was an error installing an extension: site_fr-FR.zip

You can resolve this problem please ?

Hi

Sorry, but I cannot tell what is wrong. Please reinstall joomla, I cannot even update it to the latest version. I keep getting a "Wrong password" message.

Please do not post Your access here. It's a public forum.

Please show this problem to Your hosting provider.

I have also installed component to check if Your site was not hacked. Looks like there is a file plugins/vmcalculation/avalara/classes/AvaCertSvc.class.php sending mails on load.

Hi

I've made another scan after writing the post and looks like files and folders permissions are wrong as well. You should definitely check this installation and ask hosting provider if server is configured for joomla 2.5.
