Help checkout

Do you guys know how i can remove the header and the footer logos (paypall express checkout)

I cant find the files i need to modified, i can delete the images or delete the image placeholder but the link and missing images place holder i still there...

I really hope that you can help thanks

I also need to know under the check out i cant get the register form to show in two columns Everything is set following your documentation..
