How to manage the images in the mainmenu ?

Hello,
I have spent nearly one hour but I am unable to understand how to show a product description and its image int he mainmenu like in MEN and the menu WOMEN.
I found that the submenu BANNER had something to do but I really do not understand how it works !
Hope somebody can help me.

You have to add Custom HTML module with IMG inside.

yes, for many people image is image, not image inside module, so I fully understand your confusion, misunderstanding.
