VM - One Page Checkout

Hello,

I'm having some trouble with the Checkout.

My shipment methods are configured for 3 countries and all do cost an additional fee. There are 18 shipment options.

1. The shipment method does not show for unregistered users, cause they have to choose country first.
2. When country is chosen, it doesn't update any options for the chosen country. First the user has to klick on Checkout, then he can choose the shipping method. and afterwards he can checkout....
3. No update for price after choosing the shipping method.

I need to solve these problems and don't know really how. The result should be a one page checkout, that looks like this:

- login
- cart
- adress
- payment
- shipping
- reistration (optional)
- checkout

Could you support this? The page goes online on 01.12.14. Would be nice if it would be possible to get it running with this feature.
