Login Popup was not shown when page was scrolled down

Hi,
unfortunately the login/logout popup window was not shown, when the user has been scrolled the page down before (its above the window).
Can it be fixed, that the box was always shown in the middle of the browser windows independent from the scroll position of the homepage?

Have you find the solution for this? I have the same issue. Strange because after experiencing this issue I installed a brand new quickstart package and I had the same problem. However in your Storefront demo site it is working right.
Could you tell me how can I solve this?

Add it to the overide.css or in the "Custom CSS code" field in the temlates advanced settings. It worked fine to me.
