Shopping cart stays loading - permanently

The person we are making the site for logs onto the website and in the top right hand corner the cart remains on "loading"... they also cannot add anything to the cart as it stays spinning..

HOWEVER, if they click on the home page, this issue then disappears.

As in the screenshot, they are some extra characters om the template that appear on their screen.
This is not the case for me, everything is working OK.
They showed me the issue and i saw it live on their computer. (Mac - all browsers) It also happens on their cell phone. How can I get this fixed? as I have exhausted all options.

Again, everything works perfectly on my side..but strangely not on theirs.

If you go to a Product page, the cart module in the top right displays "loading...". If you go back to the home page, its displays correctly.

Hi, sorry for the late response. Admin Tools was interfering with the cart.

Och, yes. I remember admin tools blocking ajax connection which is used here. I forgot about it ;/ Happy You've been able to figure it out. @gandamedia @d1hawkins please check if admin tools aren't enabled in Your joomla.

Where can I find the admin tools? Is it a std Joomla function or an add-in?

Admin Tools is an extra component. If You have it installed than it will be showing in Your components menu in joomla panel. It's a great component, but it's live scanner prevents connection via JSON, so cart cannot pick up any informations.

After updating to the letest version I am facing the same issue. The cart stayw in "loading"

Every site I'm checking this problem been reported look to work ok now, so it was either a cache problem with loading old javascript for new html or users has fixed it by themselves, so no solution was presented. Please tell me the url to Your site, maybe I'll see what's wrong there.
