Main page meta disciption taken from sub-page

Hello,

May you can help?
I am having a problem with the meta discription in google. If searching with "casa eurabia" in google for my page: http://www.casa-eurabia.de the meta discribtion is from my subpage (the first blog article: http://casa-eurabia.de/wohnblog) and not from my joomla configuartion: System > Global Configuration > Meta Settings > Site Meta Description

How can I disable the subpages meta discription and enable my joomla configurations.

Please help!

Hi

I can see this META DESCRIPTION "Vor wenigen Tagen ist der Container aus Marokko bei uns angekommen. Die ersten Bilder der neuen Kollektion findet ihr hier." on both this pages and also in Google. Is it incorrect ?

yes its the incorrect meta description. It is the content of the subpage (the blog): http://casa-eurabia.de/wohnblog and its article: http://casa-eurabia.de/wohnblog/interio ... rokko-safi

What I would like to use is System > Global Configuration > Meta Settings > Site Meta Description

Hi

I found description being generated by our layout for articles, but it's only affecting og:desc, which is used when article is sheared on some social pages. Can You please disable all this caches (none of the changes I've been doing during testing has appeared on site) and than disable sh404 and see if problem is still there ? That's the only extension I can see being involved in that process, so would like to exclude it from suspects first.
