Users Transfer to updated Joomla Site

Hello,
I just recently updated my site to the latest Joomla 3.6.2 (Storefront) and would like to find out what is the easiest way to transfer my users to my new updated site. I have been trying to figure this out for a while and want to make sure I do this the right way. Do I copy over the user table in the database or is there another way to do this technique?

I think same extension I've pasted a link to if Your other thread should do the trick. If You will try to copy users manually than You will have to remember to keep all the IDs of the users and articles sine loosing a connections between this items ma be unreversable.

Ok, I will look into the link you posted in the other thread and let you know if that works or not.
