404 after paying

Hello, when customers place their order and pay for it (with iDeal), they get an 404 error when they want to return to the shop. This wasn't the case before, when we were using a different template.

Hi

Does folder /cli and a file /notify.php exists ? If yes than edit .htaccess file in root folder of joomla and change line:

Code: Select all: # RewriteBase /

to

Code: Select all: RewriteBase /

That folder and file exist, but the line in .htaccess was already without the "#".

Try maybe put the # before this line than and if this will not work send me an access to ftp and joomla panel.

Hi

I couldn't find and code in template which could be leading to that issue. Can You please switch to default joomla template Protostar and test it than. The only place this link can be triggered is in iDeal plugin, so this test will show if I'm right.
