Template Features: Columns

Hi,
I would like to check if they following can be done:
Currently the columns are equally sized. However, I need the right column to be smaller than the left. (I am not using joomla module to do the nav due to the need to create many sub modules which is not necessary).

Hence is it possible for example if a 3 column be used but the first two columns are "merged".

Hi

In some positions using a module class suffix "double" will provide such effect. Please try it and if this will not work tell me the url to a page You've used it.
