Tablet menu from Event Manager in Storefront

Hi
I know it is customization and that you don't offer that. But I really like the mobil/tablet menu-style in Events Manager and would like to replace the select-dropdown menu in Storefront.
Beside CSS-styling, what files should be changed?
I hope for some guidelines or directions to developers how would be interesting in the job.

I'm afraid I have a bad news. I've checked and it would take couple of hours to get it to that state. I was hoping to split it to small jobs and make it part by part via forum, but this is just too big. I'm very sorry, but will not be able to help move this style and menu functionality.

OK. Sounds fair.
I will try to give it a look and see if I can find out how this is done. Or find a developer who can help me.
I will share the solution with printscreen from BitBucket repository. I think other would like that
