No email notifications sent for Virtuemart

Hello,
Automatic notification emails from Virtuemart customer and administrator controls do not work.

Virtuemart's emails operate only during a user registration or manual change of status of an order, or Ask a question about this product.

But no email notifications sent when orders online...
Automatic emails from joomla work.
Do you have a solution ?
