Cryptic Error Message

Hey guys!

I am getting this error message - and I have no idea where it comes from.

Hi

Please check if there is no newer version of template to install. I cannot see Your site, since link is showing "Server cannot be found" message, but if it's not causing any visible issues on site than it may be just a message from newer PHP version letting know programmers about new programming style and it can simply be hidden in joomla global configuration by switching error showing level to none.
