Update for Hikashop 3

Finally Hikashop 3 is here or soon will be. It's in beta:

Are you planning to update storefront template to support the new version of Hikashop? The current version template override is a bit old.

I'm sorry for delay. After consulting with programmers I learned that the current style works good for now and no updated is planned in near future.

I don't quite agree on that. At the moment I upgrade to Hikashop 3.0 in my local developer environment and it's not all functions that is working. E.g. from Cart template position when you click the button in the hover layer "Go to checkout" it's not working. Also in Hikashop 3.0 the Cart and the Checkout went through some major changes, e.g. the Cart has been made Ajax and the Checkout process is all changed.

I think I will disable the template override of Hikashop 2.3.0. It seems to me as a lot of files has been template overridden and the changes in 3.0 is just way to many. Then I must take one file at a time and override as needed.
